  1. Peg, my favorite thing on this list is you deciding to be a cabin host. You are the best – you offer encouragement, helpful advice, and opportunities to meet up in person (I really hope I can get there if you do it again). You got a great group of writers together and it’s been inspiring to see the diversity of approaches and projects in the group. This post is super helpful, and I’ll probably go back to these pointers if I do NaNoWriMo again. This year I’m totally unscripted, but it’s all good. I’m writing thanks to you, and that’s what matters! #GoBHBs

    1. Aww, thanks so much, Jeanie! I’m so glad you’re enjoying being in my cabin because I LOVE hosting it. It’s fun for me to see how other writers are doing and then post tips, support, and encouragement. If I can figure out a way to create this kind of community outside of Camp NaNoWriMo, I’m going to do it. I’m thrilled you’re going for it this year and writing your novel by hook or by crook. It’s the year of going for it, isn’t it? You’ve got nothing to lose. Write on, my friend. Gooooooo, BHBs!
